Delivery Information

Cost of Delivery within Singapore:

Delivery & Handling Fee is S$6 for purchase below S$30, and S$10 for purchase below S$100. This will be waived if your nett order total is $100 or more.

Delivery is likely (though not necessarily) to be via courier. It is available island-wide within Singapore Main Island (this excludes Sentosa and other outlying islands, as well as no-go zones like army camps etc.) 

How long will delivery take?

After payment is done, your order will usually take between 3 to 5 business days to reach you. Please order in advance to play safe! :)

For International orders:
The website is currently unable to calculate international shipping costs. Kindly send us your order to our email at indicating the product(s) and quantity. We will subsequently communicate with you over email till your order is confirmed. Please note that orders outside of Singapore can typically take more than 14 business days for delivery.

However, it is in our experience that shipping fees to other countries are usually quite high and can cost more than the items themsellves. Hence. it'd be best if you have a friend in Singapore who can pay for you and receive items on your behalf.

Can I cancel/change my order?
If you wish to cancel/change your order, please notify us at our email Orders can only be cancelled before the items have been shipped. As we strive to bring your goods to you as quickly as possible, it may not be always possible for us to cancel/change your order after it has been confirmed. Merchant charges will still apply if you had chosen to pay via Paypal or Credit Card. Refunds, if any will be made via store credits.

Where is your store for the "Pickup From Jurong West" delivery option?
We are an online store and there is no physical "brick & mortar" store front. Pick up location is in Jurong West, within 10 minutes walk from Boon Lay MRT Station. If you choose this option, we will sms/email you the exact address after your payment has been done. 

This does not apply to items found in the Bargain Basement as well as international orders outside Singapore.

Before you decide to cancel or change your order, please note the following points

  1. My First Games will not be responsible for the cost of postage/courier if you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, or made a mistake in your order.
  2. If there is a mistake in the item you have received, or if you have received a damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of the recorded delivery date.
  3. Store credit refunds would not be issued for returned items that do not reach us, or if the items arrive in a condition which is worse than when we sent it out to you.
  4. A store credit issued for a return will be for the value of the returned item only and does not cover the cost of postage/courier.
